AGREE. Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation

Strumento generico di valutazione della qualità delle linee guida (LG) che può essere utilizzato sia da chi elabora linee guida come strumento di autovalutazione sia per prendere decisioni nella pratica clinica e in politica sanitaria. È applicabile a LG in qualsiasi area clinica relativamente a interventi sanitari in ambito preventivo, diagnostico, terapeutico, assistenziale, riabilitativo, ecc.
La checklist comprende 23 criteri raggruppati in 6 dimensioni, ogni dimensione analizza un aspetto specifico della LG.
Nel 2010 è stato pubblicato un aggiornamento della checklist, AGREE II. La traduzione in italiano è stata curata dalla Fondazione GIMBE.
