MECIR. Methodological  Expectations for Cochrane Intervention Reviews

Linee guida sviluppate dal gruppo Methods Application and Review Standards (MARS) Working Group e  Cochrane Editorial Unit, all’interno della  Cochrane Collaboration, per la conduzione e la redazione di una revisione sistematica sull’efficacia di interventi sanitari per la pubblicazione nel Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews della Cochrane Library.

MECIR definisce dei criteri standardizzati per ogni aspetto della revisione; i criteri sono suddivisi in obbligatori o “altamente desiderabile” (se non presenti, dovrebbe essere fornita una spiegazione da parte  dall’autore).
