Le app segnalate nell’articolo, con una breve descrizione, sono suddivise in sei categorie.
App per identificare

  • Sinossi di studi (riassunti dei risultati di singoli studi)
  • Sintesi di studi (cioè risorse che integrano le informazioni cliniche di molti singoli studi per mezzo di revisioni sistematiche e/o metanalisi)
  • Sinossi di sintesi (una panoramica sulle revisioni sistematiche e sulle metanalisi, con riassunti elaborati da esperti)
  • Summaries (le app forniscono linee guida per la pratica clinica, spesso provenienti da organizzazioni e associazioni mediche di categoria)
  • Strumenti EBM e calcolatori clinici
